The filing fee for a new trademark registration, a renewal or an assignment is $125.00. The applicant must submit two samples or facsimiles of the mark for a new registration and renewals, but it is not required for assignments. The sample or facsimile can be no larger than 8 1/2" x 11". The application must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete applications or applications without a filing fee will be returned to the applicant.
