Known or suspected NVRA compliance issues or violations involving covered transactions may be reported to the Secretary of State's Elections Division at [email protected] or 605-773-3537.
Covered transactions
Transactions identified in the NVRA include applications, renewals, and change-of-address requests for driver licenses and non-driver identification cards, as well as applications, renewals, recertifications, and change-of-address requests for public assistance, whether conducted in person or remotely.
