Printing Warning
Each petition sheet must be self-contained
The petition heading, instructions to signers, signature lines, and circulator's verification must all be printed on each sheet before circulation. A sheet may be printed front and back, but the front and back may not be taped, stapled, or glued together. Do not use signature-only sheets.
