Registration Changes
Use a new voter registration form to update your registered name, address, or political-party affiliation.

Complete a new registration form
Fill out the voter registration form and complete the section titled “Previous Voter Registration Information Required.†Mail or deliver the signed form to your county auditor.
Political Party
Change party affiliation
Update your registration
Select your new political-party affiliation on a new voter registration form, sign it, and return it to your county auditor.
Residence
Change your address
Re-register using the new address
Complete a new registration form and include your old address in the “Previous Voter Registration Information Required†section.
Election deadline
The county auditor must receive the signed registration form at least 15 days before the election in which you want the change to apply.
