State Hosting Reimbursement Information
According to SDCL 3-9-2.1, the State Board of Finance may authorize reimbursement for the actual costs of lodging and meals when a state officer or employee, in the performance of his/her duties, is hosting a prospect for any business development, trade or tourism promotional activity.
Required Documents:- State Hosting Reimbursement Request Form
- A copy of the itemized receipt stating what was purchased MUST be submitted with the request form.
