DO

- Attempt to draft legal documents for your clients.
- Notarize a blank or incomplete instrument.
- Notarize a document that has already been signed.
- Attempt to take an acknowledgement or administer an oath over the telephone or without the individual being present.
- Permit others to use your official seal or stamp.
- Place the words “My Commission Expires” inside the border of your seal.
