Athletic Agent Registration
If you plan to represent an athlete pursuant to SDCL 59-10, you are required to complete the registration form linked below and file it with the Secretary of State.
An application for registration or renewal of registration must be accompanied by a fee payable to the Secretary of State in the following amount:
- One hundred dollars for an initial application for registration;
- Fifty dollars for an application for registration based upon a certificate of registration or licensure issued by another state;
- Twenty-five dollars for an application for renewal of registration; or
- Twenty-five dollars for an application for renewal of registration based upon an application for renewal of registration or licensure submitted in another state.
