Application
South Dakota Codified Law Chapter 13-48, Authorization to Provide Postsecondary Education, addresses the authorization process for postsecondary education services in South Dakota. In order to be authorized pursuant to 13-48, the institution must have a PHYSICAL LOCATION within the state of South Dakota. If the institution does NOT have a physical presence, the application will not be processed.
